Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, we request a photo of your deficient product along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a notice offering you a gift card equal to the cost of your purchase or exchange for a new product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds/Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund/exchange request, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, we’ll send you a notice offering you a gift card equal to the cost of your purchase or exchange for a new product within 10 business days.  Exchange items shipped to you will be exchanged free of shipping charges.
