Our pigs are a cross of Red Duroc and Large White pig breeds creating a well-marbled pork with high quality meat and distinctive juicy flavor while providing sizeable cuts of meat.

All our pork along with our beef is hand-cut one at a time at a local award winning butcher shop with years of expertise. Your meats are sourced from one animal at a time decreasing risk of contamination or nutrient loss while producing expertly cut & seasoned products.
