Not only do you SAVE with a Meat Share, but ALL your meat is Hand-cut to order! Each share will give you a variety of premium All-American steaks, roasts, variety cuts & ground beef right from our farm. This reservation secures your Meat Share & will be deducted from the final cost.
WHAT'S MY TOTAL? ⭐Final cost is based on actual hanging weight after 14 days of aging (meaning you're not paying for lost water weight) plus your processing cost from the butcher. *Note the prices below will vary up to 20% based on actual weights of your share.

Whole - 800 lbs - Estimated final Cost $3960 ($3160 meat + $800 Processing) - 20 cu.ft. freezer
Half - 400 lbs - Estimated final Cost $2000 ($1600 meat + $400 processing) - 10 cu.ft. freezer
Quarter - 200 lbs - Estimated final Cost $1050 ($810 meat + $200 cutting) - 5 cu.ft. freezer
WHAT'S NEXT? Upon delivery to the butcher, we will notify you to give them your personal instructions. Reference the photo of the CUT SHEET if you'd like to get an idea of the options. Feel free to contact us with any questions. 3-4 weeks later you'll have a freezer full of meat!
WHAT WILL I GET? A 1/4 beef will give you approximately: 22lbs Steak, 35lbs Roast, 45lbs Ground Beef, 10-20lbs Stew, Fajita, Stir Fry & Short Ribs. (Organ meats also available)
Our 1/4's are a "Divided side" meaning you will receive all the cuts. (Ok well almost all, there's only 1 tongue 😉)

We have been getting beef and pork from Krogman’s for at least the last 3 years. We have been nothing but pleased with their products and service. They always reply within a timely manner when I contact them. We have recommended several friends and family.
The meat always so good and fresh. The butcher Krogman's Meats use is very helpful and the sausages are always so tasty. We have gotten a half cow and half hog from them and have been very pleased with both.
Service is fantastic deadlines are met and it is hands down the best beef that money can buy, will definitely send my friends and family there
The meat is high quality meat and haven't had a cut we didn't like. The family is always friendly and helpful. So nice to receive communication through e-mails about hours and specials that they are offering..
