Easy Crock Pot Roast Beef Sandwiches

Some recipes are so simple—and so good—that they quickly become fan favorites. This one, using our Krogman Homegrown Meats Roast Beef Slices, is one of those meals. It’s been a hit for years, and customers still tell us how much they love it.

 

The beauty of this recipe is in its ease: just a few ingredients, minimal prep, and a delicious dinner that practically makes itself.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1–2 packs of Krogman Homegrown Meats Roast Beef Slices (classic or Italian)
  • 1 cup beef broth or 1 tsp Better than Bouillon + 1 cup water
  • French bread or sandwich rolls
  • Optional toppings: cheese, grilled onions, peppers, BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. Place the roast beef slices in your crock pot.
  2. Pour the broth (or bouillon + water mixture) over the beef.
  3. Cover and heat on low for 2–3 hours—or until you’re ready to serve.

That’s it! The beef stays tender, flavorful, and ready when you are.

How to Serve:

  • Pile the beef high on French bread or rolls.
  • Add melty cheese, grilled onions, and peppers for a Philly-style sandwich.
  • Keep it classic with BBQ sauce or keep it simple and let the beef shine.
