I recently purchased a half beef and half pig from Krogman Homegrown Meats, and I couldn’t be more impressed with both the quality of their products and the exceptional family service. Their sons were friendly and enthusiastic, giving us a helping during pick-up.
When we got our order home and cracked open those vacuum-sealed packages, we immediately noticed the rich color and marbling of the beef and the perfect fat-to-meat ratio in the pork. Every cut we’ve cooked so far, ribeyes, sirloins, bacon, and chops, has been incredibly flavorful, tender, and juicy. You can truly taste the difference that careful, small-batch farming makes.

We've grilled other brats that weren't Krogman ones before which ended up drying out. The Krogman brats were definitely better quality and top notch meat!!! Highly recommend getting them!!

I haven't yet tried everything, but so far, everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious. We loved the grilling up some tasty burgers and new york strips! I can certainly taste a difference between homegrown and supermarket; and look foward to trying the remaining cuts.
I loved the toast beef! It made the best sandwiches for lunch, nice flavorful and not too thinly sliced.
