While vacationing in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, I’ve tried all of the rural/small town butcher shops in those areas in my quest for the best brats. These are them. Hands down.
Had another one and OMG. We both were oohing and ahhing with every bite! I kept one in my freezer to have later and I can’t say enough! Tender, tasty and all around delicious . Can’t buy these roasts in stores anymore! Brings back Sunday roast memories. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Once again the folks at Krogman’s Homegrown Meats have come through. This is our third large purchase and we couldn’t be more pleased. The meat its self is TOP notch, deliciously flavorful! The service is “old school” like we remember service use to be. Let’s talk about convenience, Julia makes it so easy, place a deposit, she emails you your order is going in, you get a call from the butcher to go over your preferences( Lena Maid is really helpful if you’re new to bulk ordering) a short time later another email to let you know your order is ready to pick up at their farm store. Next thing you know you’re enjoying amazing meat. It doesn’t get and better or easier!
One of the best flavors that Krogman sells. Although to be perfectly honest, all the flavors are delicious!
