I consider myself a lazy cook. Sure, I could buy a slice of ham and throw it in the Cuisinart to grind it. I decided I REALLY wanted to make homemade ham salad. Looking for a work-around, I found Krogman's and their ground ham. This is sooo good, the next time I ordered it, I bought two packages.

I used the Sirloin Tips in a Beef Stew recipe. It was absolutely the best stew I've ever made. The meat was tender, and the stew had excellent flavor.
