Not only do you SAVE with a Meat Share, but ALL your meat is Hand-cut to order! Each share will give you a variety of premium All-American: chops, ribs, pork roasts, bacon, sausages & more. This deposit reserves your order for January of 2025 and will be applied to the final cost. Please leave a note at checkout letting us know which month you choose.
WHAT'S MY TOTAL? ⭐Final cost is based on actual hanging weight after butchering. *Note the prices below will vary based on actual weights of your share.

Whole Hog - avg. 200 - Estimated final Cost $705 ($380 meat + $325 processing) - 8 cu.ft. freezer
Half Hog - avg. 100lbs - Estimated final Cost $355 ($190 meat + processing $165) - 4 cu.ft. freezer
WHAT'S NEXT ? Upon delivery to the butcher, we will notify you to give them your personal instructions. Reference the photo of the CUT SHEET if you'd like to get an idea of the options. Feel free to contact us with any questions. 2-3 weeks later you'll have a freezer full of meat!
WHAT WILL I GET ? A typical 1/2 hog will give you approximately: 12lbs of Ham,16lbs Shoulder/Butt Roasts &/or Steaks, 9 lbs Bacon,10 lbs Pork chops, 14lbs Assorted cuts - Ribs, Tenderloin, 20 lbs Ground - for sausages, brats, fresh, etc.

If you’ve been wondering if you should buy local meat in bulk, stop thinking about it and just do it! You’ll be so happy you did! Krogmans meats is exceptional quality at a fraction of the cost of buying less than quality meat at a grocery store. This was our first half hog from them and we are very happy with the quality and taste, and we actually have more meat than we anticipated. I am so happy they butcher with AJ’s Lena Maid Meats, they are one of the very best and cleanest processors around as well as some of the best brat, bacon & sausage recipes!
We have been getting beef and pork from Krogman’s for at least the last 3 years. We have been nothing but pleased with their products and service. They always reply within a timely manner when I contact them. We have recommended several friends and family.
The meat always so good and fresh. The butcher Krogman's Meats use is very helpful and the sausages are always so tasty. We have gotten a half cow and half hog from them and have been very pleased with both.
