A freezer full of premium, hand-cut Angus beef—convenient, secure, and straight from our farm to your table. Reserving a Meat Share means you’ll always have top-quality steaks, roasts, and ground beef on hand, without last-minute grocery runs or uncertainty about where your meat came from.

Every share is hand-cut to your specifications, dry-aged for 14 days for incredible flavor, and packed with the quality only farm-direct beef can offer. This reservation secures your share and will be applied to your final total.


What Will I Get?

A Quarter beef typically includes:
🥩 22 lbs of Steaks – Ribeye, T-bone, Sirloin & more
🍖 35 lbs of Roasts – Chuck, Arm, Rump, etc.
🥩 45 lbs of Ground Beef – Perfect for burgers, chili & more
❤️10-20 lbs of Variety Cuts – Stew Meat, Short Ribs, Fajita & Stir Fry Strips
(Organ meats available upon request)

Our quarters are “divided sides”, meaning you get a well-balanced mix of all the cuts—not just front or back portions.

 


What’s My Total?

Final cost is based on the actual hanging weight (carcass weight) after dry aging, plus the butcher’s processing fee. This means you’re not paying for unnecessary water weight—just pure, high-quality beef. Prices vary slightly based on the final weight of your share.

Estimated Weights & Costs:

Whole Beef (20 cu. ft. freezer needed)
• 800 lb carcass → Approx. 400-450 lbs of meat
• Estimated final cost: $4920 ($3,920 meat + $1000 processing)

Half Beef (10 cu. ft. freezer needed)
• 400 lb carcass → Approx. 200-225 lbs of meat
• Estimated final cost: $2,480 ($1,980 meat + $500 processing)

Quarter Beef (5 cu. ft. freezer needed)
• 200 lb carcass → Approx. 100-115 lbs of meat
• Estimated final cost: $1,248 ($998 meat + $250 processing)


How does it work?

Once your beef is delivered to the butcher, we’ll notify you so you can provide custom cutting instructions. (Check out the Cut Sheet photo for options!)
After a few short weeks, you’ll have a freezer stocked with premium, farm-raised beef, ready for any meal.
