I could not be happier with the 1/8 bundle we received. The quality of the meat is outstanding. For two people you get just the right amount of meat. If you have any questions or concerns they are addressed immediately. You absolutely get a great value for your dollar.
Honestly the best steaks we’ve ever had. The meat sticks are great and I can’t keep enough in the fridge because my kids demolish them. Everything you buy here is worth it and tastes great!
Excellent beef. Great tasting and cooks up incredibly well. No loss due to added moisture like supermarket chains do. Plus, you know that it is 100% real meat with no additives, except for the sausage and brats, which have seasonings and cheese.

We've never been disappointed in any of the cuts we've bought and eaten. Brats, sausage links and patties, steaks, butterfly pork chops, ham all are delicious and tender every time 🤷and we're not great cooks. Julia even saves us a trip by bringing the meat to church for us, that's great service!
