This is the third large brisket I’ve gotten for smoking. Have not been disappointed at all. Prices are also very reasonable for what you get. (As a footnote the beef sticks and ice cream are also fantastic)
We smoked several of the Briskets and they all turned out great.
Anything we have ever purchased from Krogman’s has been fresh and delicious (and I’m not even a regular beef eater)
