The Chuck Roast is a tender and very flavorful cut from the shoulder of a cow. It sits right next to its twin, the Arm Roast. Rich in flavor and can be cubed, stewed, braised or used in a Classic Pot Roast. If we’re out of Chuck Roast, the Arm Roast is nearly identical and we think it’s even more tender, so give it a try.

Always a great experience to visit the store. Best tasting meat around. This time I picked up ground beef and chuck roast. The roast cooked up so tender, literally fell apart as I was removing from the roasting pan. I really notice a difference in flavor - local farm is best!
