Are you looking to stock your freezer with a Meat Share?

Not only do you SAVE with a Meat Share, but ALL your meat is Hand-cut to order! Each share will give you a variety of premium All-American steaks, roasts, variety cuts & ground beef right from our farm. This reservation secures your Meat Share & will be deducted from the final cost.

WHAT'S MY TOTAL? ⭐Final cost is based on actual hanging weight (carcass) after 14 days of aging (meaning you're not paying for lost water weight) plus your processing cost from the butcher. *Note the prices below will vary +/-20% based on actual weights of your share.

*Average Weights & Prices -

Whole - 800 lb carcass - Estimated final Cost $4040 ($3240 meat + $800 Processing) - 20 cu.ft. freezer (400-450lbs meat)

Half - 400 lbs carcass - Estimated final Cost $2060 ($1660 meat + $400 processing) - 10 cu.ft. freezer (200-225lbs meat)

Quarter - 200 lbs carcass - Estimated final Cost $1050 ($850 meat + $200 cutting) - 5 cu.ft. freezer (100-115lbs meat)

WHAT'S NEXT? Upon delivery to the butcher, we will notify you to give them your personal instructions.  Reference the photo of the CUT SHEET if you'd like to get an idea of the options. Feel free to contact us with any questions.  3-4 weeks later you'll have a freezer full of meat!  

WHAT WILL I GET?  A 1/4 beef will give you approximately:  22lbs Steak, 35lbs Roast, 45lbs Ground Beef, 10-20lbs Stew, Fajita, Stir Fry & Short Ribs. (Organ meats also available)

Our 1/4's are a "Divided side" meaning you will receive all the cuts. (Ok well almost all, there's only 1 tongue 😉)
