Not all Sirloin is the same. The Top Sirloin Steak is the most tender and has enough marbling to be a juicy & flavorful yet more on the lean side of grilled steaks. It packs a robust beefy flavor and is leaner than Ribeye but still full of flavorful marbling. Great as a grilled steak or cubed for kabobs.
